Refund policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions as a hygienic product, Prettier Hair Co. maintains a strict NO return or exchange policy. All sales are final. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Exception:

An exchange or return will be considered at the discretion of management only in the event of a demonstrable error on the part of Prettier Hair Co. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Receiving an incorrect length, color, or texture that deviates from the original order.
  • Receiving a product that is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival, and this damage is directly attributable to Prettier Hair Co.'s handling or packaging.

Procedure for Errors:

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product due to an error by Prettier Hair Co., you must:

  1. Contact Prettier Hair Co. customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the error or damage.
  3. Retain all original packaging. Hair must be in its original state free of any chemical alterations or coloring. Prettier Hair Co., does not accept hair that has been washed, installed, brushed, curled, combed out or styled in any capacity.

Prettier Hair Co. will review the claim and, if validated, provide instructions for an exchange or return.
